  • CAREERS

Healthcare touches everyone. To satisfy the need for better, more effective medical services, AIM develops intelligent software for medical research, patient care, and disease prevention. It is a complex, dynamic, and highly scientific domain.

At AIM you'll find a creative and challenging working environment that balances professional and personal lifestyles. We look for people who are self-learners, analytical, and able to understand and synthesize new concepts quickly. We look for people who are passionate, creative and disciplined. And we look for people who can communicate clearly, logically, and work in a diverse team environment.

But above all, we are a software engineering company. So attention to writing structured, high-performance, maintainable, and extendible code is paramount.

Elegant, intuitive, and efficient user interface design is of equal importance, as is quality control and effective communication with customers.

We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package, flex time, paid vacation and sick leave, autonomous training materials, assistance with skills development where required, and opportunities for career advancement.

AIM is located in downtown Toronto, between the St. Lawrence Market and the Distillery district; easily accessed by automobile, bicycle, and public transit. Our offices, in historic Berkeley Castle, feature post & beam and brick construction, with natural lighting, a courtyard, walls clad with ivy, green spaces, and plenty of amenities within walking distance.
